Policy Production Officer (Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:

• Policy data checks are inforce policies accurately and quickly to policyholders in accordance with the limit to produce a policy in accordance with the applicable provisions
• Doing improvement related scope of work that can be done more effectively and efficiently
• Make regular reports to provide a complete picture of the activities of production policy that has been done

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. D3, any discipline (preferable majoring in insurance)

Inspector - Tasikmalaya (West Java)
Responsibilities:

• Conducting a series of survey process or the survey claim closure and appropriate procedures to obtain complete information about the conditions of coverage as well as object handles walk-in customers (job-related customer services) if needed
• Doing improvement related scope of work to be getting the job done effectively and efficiently and improve customer satisfaction
• Create a report that related to the survey to provide complete information required on all survey activities

Requirements:

• Man
• Minimum D3 (preferable majoring in insurance and mechanical engineering)
• Minimum of at least 1 year experience as a surveyor

Officer Development Program - Business (All Over Indonesia)
Responsibilities:

• ODP Adira Insurance is a comprehensive development program for fresh graduates or min 1 years experience to provide sufficient knowledge and skills necessary to work effectively & efficiently. Upon completion of this program participants will live and function in the Directorate Business activity plays a role in fostering good relations, establish cooperation and conduct sales activities in accordance with the agreement and applicable provisions to meet the targets set.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate from all majors / maximum of one year work experience
• Min D3 with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Maximum age 25 years
• Willing to be placed at all branches in Indonesia Adira
• Have good communication skills
