Training Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Handling training & development project.
- Designing Training Programs (External and In-House Training), Training Need Analysis and Trainning Evaluation Activity.
- Estimated the cost based on the results of training needs analysis.
- Manage training database.
Requirements
- Age max. 28 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00.
- Min. 1 year experience in handling training program.
- Computer literate, must be proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Creative and having good interpersonal skill
- Fast learner, Hard worker and able to work under pressure with tight deadline and minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization.

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
- Having experience as secretary of BOD at least 1 year, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Max.age 27 years old
- Have good communication skill and good service orientation
- Computer literate, must be proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.

- Required skill(s): VB.NET, ORAFIN, ORACLE.
- Preferred skill(s): PHP, SDLC.

- Responsible for the creation/ improvement of business processes and procedures (flowchart).
- Responsible in making the Draft Policy
Requirements

- Understanding the broadcasting operations and information systems applications will be preferable.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
