Procurement Analyst
BASIC PURPOSE
  • Provide to carry out procurement of materials and/or services as specified in customer’s requisitions with a good price, good quality and good delivery, this include the activities such as analyzing quotations, negotiating prices and providing recommendation and alternative to ensure value adding and cost effectiveness of contract process.
NATURE AND SCOPE
  • Prepare all necessary documents to obtain related Government (BPMIGAS) approval on all procurement activities, should necessary.
  • Prepare and develop request for quotations, tender documents, tender announcements. This includes giving advises to respective users on the commodity market situation, incoterms, evaluation criteria, as well as other related commercial aspect with regards to the contracting / sourcing plan of the respective service / commodity.
  • Perform evaluation and prepare recommendation on the selected appropriate bidder list of the required services / commodity.
  • Perform evaluation for all qualified Vendors bid/quotations and pay special attention to check the correctness of services, unit price, exception to the terms and condition and bid bond form & value.
  • Prepare recommendation for approval on bid tabulation and winners ranking for award determination.
  • Implement the initiative of Category / Portfolio sourcing management process improvements and workflow efficiencies, and other procurement project.
  • Communicate the upcoming expired contracts to the users
  • Provide proper negotiation process with vendor and give optimum benefit to company
  • Giving explanation when misunderstanding happen within user or vendor/contractor throughout the procurement process
  • Provide support to Coordinator or Supervisor in delivering section goal in accordance to procurement goal and performance align with company needs and the regulation applied.
  • Utilize the available tools to monitor procurement process
  • Actively participate in Local and Global procurement forums
  • Develop communication with internal & and related external parties
  • Building strong relationships and expanding the networks either internally or externally to add positive values for his/her group
  • Demonstrate safety as a core value in the workplace
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or Legal
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience within procurement function
Procurement Intelligence Analyst
BASIC PURPOSE
  • Responsible for providing reliable information on current market conditions (price, availability and lead time) and vendor database management, vendor performance monitoring and assessment as well as conducting due diligence and vendor audit activities
NATURE AND SCOPE
  • Support End User/ SSC to get information on available suppliers, reliable market price and lead time by conducting market research from local and overseas resources (for materials and services)
  • Maintaining Procurement Intelligence and scope of work database
  • Develop “Should Cost Model” as a basis to determine pricing and analyze the price
  • Performing product knowledge sharing/market analysis presentation as required
  • Conducting site visit to supplier’s office, workshop, fabrication yard and related premises
  • Negotiation with potential suppliers to obtain best price refer to current market price
  • Enhancement support to achieve Procurement goals and KPI
  • Provide plan upcoming years / activities for procurement in coordination with his/her partners which related to procurement intelligence
  • Provide Request For Information (RFI) issuance from Procurement Intelligence analyst to manufacturers/ principals or other potential source of supplies meet the target - in terms of price and delivery
  • Prepare and develop market analyzed in order to determine procurement strategy for user
  • Prepare, develop and monitor the Validity of Market Intelligence database

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Job desc :
  • To maintain industrial relations within the Company
  • To ensure legal compliance in industrial relation area
  • To proactively solve industrial relations issues arisen within the Company
  • To proactively handle third party contracts
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Basic education (s): Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Experience (s): 3-5 years
  • Skill (s): Industrial Relations, communication & negotiation
  • Desirable (s) : has legal and/or oil & gas background, good understanding of IR disputes settlement and collective labor agreement process, experience in handling third party contract, available for onshore & offshore trip.
MACHINE SHOP TECHNICIAN
  • A shop technician responsible for performs various repair by fabrication new metal material with late, milling, grinding or drilling machines and also competence repair various pumps, compressors, fan coolers, valves and small engine. The technician may also assist engineers in testing new equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Diploma Degree of Mechanical engineering
  • Minimum five (5) years experience as Machine Shop Technician
  • Ability to read and create mechanical drawings and sketches
  • Advanced knowledge of machining equipment and use of metal cutting lathe, mill and grinders,
  • Familiar with rotating equipment not limited with pumps, compressors, fan coolers, small engines.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, have good written and oral communication skills.
PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Responsibilities :
  • Compliance with all relevant safety regulations including COPI Core Values and Health, Safety and Environmental policies, and where applicable the asset Safety Case.
  • Attend and participate in safety meetings.
  • High safety responsibility to himself, co-workers, plant and associated equipment.
  • Follow plant safety emergency response procedures in event of an emergency.
  • Ensuring all Maintenance Procedures and Written Instructions are followed and adhered to.
  • Regular monitoring and inspection of the plant and process rotating and stationary equipment, including taking readings and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Carries out Condition Monitoring checks as directed.
  • Report in a timely manner any critical unsafe situations to the line Supervisor.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to contract personnel.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate verbal / written handover at crew changes.
  • Follow Competency training Program, demonstrate competency at Mechanical level 1 standard.
  • Achieve set goals and personal development programs.
  • Correct Personal Protective Equipment is used when carrying out tasks.
  • Ensuring hand tools and equipment are in good safe working order.
  • Use experience and knowledge to investigate and rectify technical problems working mainly unsupervised, including working with Vendors.
Qualification & Experience :
  • D3 Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in the chemical, oil, and gas related industry.
  • Time served Tradesman.
  • Experience in Mechanical Rotating Equipment maintenance.
  • Experienced with Gas Turbines, Compressors and Pumps.
  • Experienced in Conditioning Monitoring Programs.
  • Knowledge in HVAC systems.
  • Strong Safety and Environment awareness.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
  • Ability to follow a plan, read and follows manuals, and asks for guidance when required.
  • Personal motivation and self learning ability.
  • Effective communicator at all levels, fluent in English oral and written.
  • Ability to give guidance to other mechanical personnel, assisting them through their levels of competency in the competency program.
  • Ability in developing maintenance procedures.
