KPI Analyst - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • To provide periodic performance result within Asset Management scope which then be used to overview the performance of Asset Management Group.
  • Responsible in collecting asset management performance historical data of all company asset.
  • Responsible in manipulating asset performance historical data in order to provide basis data as per standard norms in Asset Management and Maintenance (ie Mean Time(s), Availability, etc).
  • This responsibility means able to incorporate advanced computer program to allow huge data to be manipulated.
  • Responsible to analyze data as per data manipulation result.
  • The analysis will strongly related to equipment specification, the number of operating days/hours, the condition of equipment (ie. Unit-age, special attachment etc)
  • Responsible to create trending plus finding issues and obstacles in managing asset as indicates in the data trend.
  • Providing report regarding  result and conclusion of  asset historical performance based on data analysis in order to review current asset performance and setting future target
  • Supporting internal Continuous Improvement Dept. in measuring equipment performance
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent. Job role in Statistician/Mathematician or equivalent.

A/R Accountant - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of accounting receivable in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organisation’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensuring reconciles statements and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger with customer.
  • Collect, compile, verify, analyze, monitor and prepare the A/R collection for the customer.
  • Compiling all GL to ensure it’s being recorded properly of A/R.
  • Ensure that invoices are issued on timely basis as per contract agreement.
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting, preferably from reputable university.
  • Min. 2 years experience as Accountant, especially in Account Receiveable area.
  • Good computer skill especially in Excel program.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written.
  • Familiar with accounting system.
Cash and Bank Assistant - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Assist Cash Management Coordinator in planning, monitoring and controlling cash flow requirement to ensure that cash flow requirement are managed properly.
  • Collect all supporting documents that needed for cash flow forecasting report.
  • Run daily bank statements to ensure daily cash position is updated.
  • Maintain all bank contracts/agreements documents.
  • Update all cash schedules by monthly base.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting or Finance from reputable university
  • Min. 2 years experience in  relevant field
  • Experience in processing all cash transaction include daily cash reporting
  • Familiar in MS Excel and MS Word (min. intermediate level) and ERP system (EAM, Sun System, etc)
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking
Training Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Execute, deliver and administer the organization's training programs in accordance with the organization’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future resource need of the business.
  • Prepare and execute the training needs of individual or group of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.
  • Source and recommend externally-provided programs which meet the needs of individual employees and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan.
  • Provide information to employees about the organization’s training programs and policies, and arrange for employees to participate in internal and external training so that the organization's training resources are allocated effectively.
  • Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records (including monitoring of training evaluation process for pre and post training activities as well as training feedback forms)  in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
  • Compile handbooks, manuals, guidelines, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources.
  • Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant.
  • Develop and maintain monthly training schedule and report.
  • Prepare and perform Technical Bidding Evaluation (TBE) for in-house training program in line with company procedure and policies to ensure the effectiveness of training activities.
Requirements
  • Min. bachelor degree from Psychology or HR Management
  • Min. 2 years experience in training and development area
  • Preferably has knowledge of training and development concept, systems, and process; especially in Mining industry
  • Willing to travel to all site locations
Cost Control Engineer - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Ensure cost control process is running in daily basis, review budget and control cost/expenditure status, prepare forecasting process in regular basis, and secure company profitability.
  • Ensure correct cost allocation
  • Ensure that cost is within/under budget, and prepare good explanation for exceptional condition
  • Prepare weekly costing analysis report
  • Prepare monthly costing analysis report
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineer
  • Min. 3 years experiences in mining projects
  • Familiar with Financial Management System (budgeting, costing, and forecasting)
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication skill
