Collector (CO) - Bandung (West Java)
Responsibilities:

• Perform regular billing to the customer
• Maintaining good relations with customers

Requirements:

• Male / Female, at least high school education and age maximum 30 years
• Preferred to have experience of at least 2 (two) years as a collector in the banking / micro finance institutions / financial institutions
• Have a motorized vehicle (SIM C)
• Able to work under pressure

Loan Officer (LO) - Bandung (West Java)
Responsibilities:

• Perform the verification process and review applications to the field of financing
• Provide funding recommendations to the Unit Manager
• Keeping the financing process so that the quality of financing to stay healthy

Requirements:

• Male / Female, minimum D3 education and maximum age 32 years
• Preferably have experience of at least 2 (two) years as the credit / loan officers at microfinance
• Master the language and local culture / local
• Computer literate MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Preferred has a customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)

Unit Manager (UM) - Bandung (West Java)
Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing micro-finance unit
• Review and decide funding
• Develop and maintain a healthy financial portfolio

Requirements:

• Male / Female, minimum D3 education and a maximum of 36 years of age
• Preferred experienced at least 2 (two) years as a leader in micro-finance units, or 3 (three) years as a Loan Officer / Marketing Officer at the micro-finance unit
• Master the language and local culture / local
• Experienced team lead
• Preferred has a customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)
