Teritorry Sales Officer Region 2 (TSO R2) - Jawa Tengah, Yogyakarta

Scope of Work

• Maintaining  and expand cement sales for PTSC in his territory (meet targets)
• Provide support for the Regional Superintendent
• Provide direction to (distributor) salesman

Requirements

• Education: S1 any discipline
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 years in current position,
  • 3 years Sales experience
  • Knowledge of cement or building materials
  • Knowledge of business environment
  • 2 years working experience in Consumer Goods
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes  and SAP User
• Other qualification/ skills:
  • Communication
  • Persuasiveness
  • Leaderships
  • People management
  • Gathering Information and Analysis
  • Planning & reporting
  • Good command in English both oral & written is a must

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 year in current position
  • Compensation & Benefit Certification
  • 3 years experience in compensation and benefits management in medium to large size company, in management or corporate specialist level
• Computer literacy:Microsoft office (excel), Lotus Notes  and SAP  User
• Language : Excellent of  English both oral & written
• Other qualification/ skills:
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skill
